Responsible for the maintenance work associated with the needs of day -to -day maintenance operation of agency facilities and grounds. Responsible for completing the routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs and duties as assigned, as well as responsible for the agency tools and equipment. High school/GED equivalentAt least 2 to 5 years’ experience in maintenance/ facility operations. Have knowledge and skills in carpentry, electrical and plumbing systems. Certifications in any of these trades-a plusOther Requirements: Must pass fingerprint and background check/ Drug Test and alcohol testValid driver’s licenseReliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50lbs; walking up/down ladders; stoop, crouch, kneeling, squatting, being on your feet for extended periods of time; work at heights of up to 20 feet, reach & handle.Work indoor/outdoor with exposure to hot and cold temperaturesAbility to use hazardous equipment such as electric saws or drills, etc.Three job referencesSend resume to XXXX@eridv.org or fax to 575-538-XXXX.
