Made Possible.Job Functions * Review and plan for all new production jobs entered into SAP * Schedule production and trial orders and Perform Job Completion process for all machine operations. * Coordinate inbound raw material flow with Production Control Procurement Coordinator and inform Operations Manager with delivery disruptions. * Attend and contribute to daily operations meetings; supply update on shipments status, new job planning and schedule to plan status. * Communicate production issues that may jeopardize shipments * Conduct production job review prior to releasing jobs to operations. * Supply Sales and Customer Service with lead times and delivery date changes and communicate under and over runs that are outside of customer requirements. * Responsible for production order changes related to material, equipment, and MMR's. * Maintain Plant Capacity Worksheet, utilizing Scheduling module in ERP system. * Cross train with Production Planner to manage MRP module in ERP System * Supply Operations with Roll Picklist to maintain FIFO * Identify all non-conforming rolls in warehouse and designate their usability with Management. Determine if Rolls need to be put on a Claim, sold, or runnable. * Work with Management and Corporate to sell damaged and unusable Rolls. Document all sold rolls. * Participate in Quarterly Inventory'sRequired Skills * Communicate well with others, prioritize effectively, and understand manufacturing * Demonstrate independent problem-solving resolution and make complex decisions * Must be assertive, questions, challenging with good organizational skills * Have good written and oral English communication skills * Proficient at Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP * Must be detail oriented, have excellent math and analytical skillsRequired Experience * Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Manufacturing * BS degree in Operations, Purchasing, Business, Engineering or equivalent; strongly preffered Salary Min: $56,490.00Salary Mid: $70,560.00Salary Max:$84,630.00Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
