Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.As a Infrastructure Intern on the Technology team, a typical day for you will include: * Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment * Assist with user account management, including creating, modifying, and deleting accounts * Document support tickets and resolutions in our help desk system * Assist with IT projects as assigned * Assist with Knowledge Base Article creations..Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success. * Experience: * Previous experience in IT support or help desk role * Familiarity with ITIL best practices * Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols * Education: * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or associate degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * Skills: * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications * Schedule / in-office requirements: * In office, Monday-Wednesday.Neighborly® is fully committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by federal or state law.
