Job Overview As a Singular Solutions Telecommunications Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by helping customers transition to our cutting-edge cellular-based home phone service. The Telecommunications Sales Representative role is your opportunity to make a difference by providing cost-saving solutions and exceptional customer service. This role offers uncapped earning potential, a dynamic work environment, and the opportunity to be part of a winning team at an established Sales and marketing Firm in our upbeat outbound call center selling phone and internet solutions to business and residential customers nationwide. Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, making 300-400 calls per day. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs. Present and demonstrate telecom products and services to potential clients. Develop customized solutions to meet customers' telecommunications requirements. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. Provide exceptional post-sale support to customers Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Promote Singular Solutions' services with a focus on saving customers money and upgrading their home phone service. Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals. Qualifications Education High School diploma or equivalent Experience Proven experience in telecom or sales-related cold-calling roles Knowledge Familiarity with telecom products and services Telemarketing best practices preferred Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
