Rite-Solutions, Inc is seeking a Test Engineer to support on-site at NSWC Dahlgren an estimated 4x per week on-site (up to 5x per week during test events). The Test Engineer position will be part of a team charged with providing engineering, systems operations engineering, fleet support, element evaluation and system test support to the US Government. Required Minimum 5 years in testing and evaluation The ability to manage an ever-changing database, this includes maintaining and monitoring. Experience in AEGIS baselines test environment. Experience in developing interoperability test plans based on requirements. The ability to multitask with many different programs/stakeholders daily. Basic Knowledge of Simulators in an AEGIS Test Environment. The ability to travel 4 - 6 times each year for a week at a time to various CONUS locations for Test Events. Focused attention to detail and proficient with computer systems and applications. The ability to verifying accuracy and to review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities for data transfer and input. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. The ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve test planning and test execution goals. U.S. Citizenship and DoD Secret Security Clearance required. Desired (Not Required) Experience working on DoD contracts, or combat systems experience desired but not required. Who are we?
