Are you ready to help us make the future? Join a team of Program Control Specialist that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with an Integrated Program Team (IPT), assisting them in developing program plans and analyzing data to help make informed and strategic decisions, using data and reports. You will gain insights and experience with other Program Control Specials responsibilities such as assigning resources/budgets to work scope and earned value methods.COMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is $63,100 - $94,600.-- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Key Responsibilities Supports program launch and program execution Supports development of program plans Prepare and publish metrics and reports Track budget and program financial data Track milestones and identify root cause Analyze program performance metrics Analyze cost and schedule integration Develop EVM (Earned Value Management) Knowledge and Apply to Program Supports program teams and stakeholders Supports organizational feedback for utilized tools and process efficiencies Complete required certification and application training High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCOMPENSATIONIncentive EligibleBase salary range of $63,100-$94,600 based on skills and experienceYou Must Have Post Secondary Education Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g. Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint US Citizen We Value Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management SAP Experience Additional Information JOB ID: HRD231290Category: Business ManagementLocation: 2525 W 190th St.,Torrance,California,90504-6099,United StatesNonexemptMust be a US Person or able to obtain export Authorization.Global (ALL)Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
