The Role: As part of our continued evolution, we have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join the business. This position is absolutely key to our future strategic business success and you will be a valued part of the leadership team, with a clear remit and full ownership of your area of expertise. As we transition into being a true medium-sized business with a multiple £million turnover and a very high volume of transactions (last year, we delivered over 40 million individual products! ), we recognise the need to provide a consolidated and structured HR function to ensure the future growth of our business. We are also a highly diverse company, with our workforce echoing the diversity found in our founding location of Brent, North London. We want to continue fostering this diversity as we grow into Europe, whilst retaining our entrepreneurial and agile approach, and encouraging the currently strong work ethic amongst our employees. This role will focus primarily on all our employee relations, transactional HR and people operations activities, working alongside the Talent Manager who looks after Talent Acquisition and L&D. It's an excellent opportunity to reshape a growing HR function, whilst specialising in the business impact of employment legislation, compliance and communication. The HR Manager will take the lead in developing, evolving, and implementing HR strategies, initiatives and processes that align with the overall business strategy. To be successful in the role you should have a strong interest in developing staff, be naturally good at identifying people matters, finding solutions, and nurturing employee satisfaction.
