Caregiver - Assisted Living or Memory CareType: PRN/On-Call/PTShift: ALL SHIFTS/Flexible-VariousWage: $17.51-$22.85/hr DOEAttendance bonus: The perfect attendance bonus in a pay period will be $100.00 for a full-time employee and $75.00 for a part-time employeeLocation: Avamere at Sandy - 17727 SE Langensand Rd., Sandy, OR 97055The primary purpose of this position is to provide support for each resident with routine daily health services.Responsibilities:Care for residents and assist in updating each residents service planAssist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eatingAssist with the Life Enrichment Program and encourage residents to participate in activitiesAssist in providing a safe environment for residentsCreate and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, calm, and joyDocument and communicate resident changes and complete all reports in a timely mannerMaintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelinesQualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldHigh-School diploma or equivalentMust have or obtain (within 30-days of employment) First Aid & CPR CertificationMust have or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employmentKnowledge and experience caring for and interacting with eldersAbility to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred, but not required Employee Perks:Attendance bonus: The perfect attendance bonus in a pay period will be $100.00 for a full-time employee and $75.00 for a part-time employeePremium Pay for Holidays worked, conditions applyMentorship opportunitiesCareer DevelopmentAccess up to 50% of your net earned income before paydayEmployee assistance program featuring counseling services, financial coaching, free legal services, and more This position is subject to a collective bargaining agreement with SEIU 503At Avamere Communities, we love to celebrate our diverse group of hardworking employees.
