You'll be assessing our clients' fitness levels, developing individualized training programs, and ensuring they're using equipment safely. Our ideal applicant has expertise as a fitness instructor or trainer, as well as great customer service abilities. Apply now if you're eager to help our clients get healthy and fit! Responsibilities: • Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly• Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations• Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety• Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability Qualifications: • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer Compensation: $22 - $27 hourly About Company: Valley Fitness is a premier fitness company dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals.
