Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cisco Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Engineer for an onsite contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust multi-factor authentication solutions using Cisco Duo. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our security posture by ensuring that our systems and data are protected against unauthorized access. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Cisco Duo MFA solutions to enhance the security of enterprise applications and systems. Integrate Cisco Duo with various applications, systems, and network infrastructure. Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. Monitor and troubleshoot MFA-related issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop and implement security strategies and initiatives. Provide training and support to end-users on MFA solutions and best practices. Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on multi-factor authentication solutions. Proven experience with Cisco Duo implementation, configuration, and management. Strong understanding of authentication protocols, identity and access management, and security best practices. Familiarity with integrating MFA solutions with various applications and systems (e.g., VPNs, cloud services, SSO). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CISSP, CISM) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with other MFA solutions and identity management platforms. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration tasks.
