As part of this collective goal, our Technical Engineering and Design Services Team is responsible for the design and specifications used in the construction and maintenance of our existing Provincially owned Building Infrastructure. We have an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director role with this team. About Our Opportunity As the Assistant Director of Technical Engineering and Design Services, you will lead a team of senior professional staff that is responsible for the delivery of engineering and architectural designs, construction cost estimates, and inspection protocols to support the programs and work of the Infrastructure Management Division. You will also provide on-going design and engineering operations support to staff in the division. Primary Accountabilities Requirements of this position include providing overall leadership to the Technical Engineering and Design team to meet the needs of the Division for building forward-thinking design documents, drawings, specifications, procedures, information, and data that support the construction, maintenance and renovation work undertaken.
