Responsible for the implementation and coordination of all branch operational responsibilities. Supervises the teller staff to include training, coaching and evaluating tellers.DUTIES1.Continually assesses the impact of processes and controls on the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure an efficient environment and compliance with service standards.2.Stays abreast of product changes3.Reviews and follows up on management reports in a timely manner4.Completes required audits and reconciliations of consignment items and general ledger tickets.5.Ensures the adherence of the Bank's policies and procedures by all staff6.Ensures regulatory compliance standards are met7.Conducts periodic meetings with staff to discuss operational and / or fraud/security issues and provides training on pertinent topicsQUALIFICATIONSPrevious teller supervisor experienceFamiliar with Branch Audits, Security and ATM balancingExceptional communication skillsMust be able to work a rotating schedule of 7am - 4pm or 9am -6pm Monday - Friday
