Bear Creek Aquatic Camp (BCAC) is a traditional overnight summer camp owned and operated by the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana. BCAC is 183-acres tucked away in Girl Scout Bay on Kentucky Lake, playing host to a variety of aquatic sports like sailing, paddling and swimming. Our program hosts girls in grades 4-12 with up to 70 campers. All staff must attend staff training 5/28 - 6/9. We are seeking enthusiastic Unit Leaders to provide the ultimate summer camp experience for our campers by supervising a living unit, completing unit paperwork, coordinating camper led planning, delivering daily programming, and being a champion of fun. Unit Leaders work under the Director Team to provide direction for their unit, typically comprised of 4- 24 campers with 2-3 Camp Counselors. Compensation: The salary for Unit Leader (Bear Creek Aquatic Camp) position is $3,250 for the entire seasonal contract.
