Youll work collaboratively to ensure flawless execution of financial processes and deliver best:in:class financial analysis. This role can be based in RI or remotely in the United States.What Youll Do: :Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to optimize financial results:Create and update financial models to assess the implications of key critical initiatives:Collaborate with teams across the Finance function to develop and analyze meaningful metrics for performance assessment and management:Partner with Functional and Cross:Functional partners to develop accurate in:year and long:range forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives:Prepare and present financial reports to Finance and Business senior management, highlighting portfolio performance opportunities and risks:Support the budgeting process and provide financial guidance to business partners:Continuously evaluate and improve processes and controlsWhat Youll Bring: :Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field:Minimum 1:3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles:Consistent track record of successfully implementing financial analysis and reporting processes:Outstanding analytical and problem:solving skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a focus on financial modeling:Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Hasbro's world:class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
