A company is looking for a Business Systems Lead. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary administrator of the CRM system, owning permissioning, configurations, integrations, and data model maintenance Lead and execute a Salesforce migration project with minimal disruption to business operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in CRM systems Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience as a CRM administrator, with a focus on Salesforce Proficiency in HubSpot administration, including configuration, integration, and data modeling Proven track record of leading successful migration projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
