A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - STERILE COMPOUNDING: As a Pharmacy Technician - Sterile Compounding for Intramed Plus you are the heart of our company . You make a difference in the lives of our patients by compounding sterile products under the direction of a pharmacist and cleaning, and maintaining the compounding clean room. RESPONSIBILITIES will include: Sterile compounding according to USP 797 & USP 800 standards Computer medication order entry Assistance with managing patient inventories for medication and supplies Assisting with preparation and coordination of patient deliveries Assisting with deliveries to referral sources and patient's homes Ambulatory pump refurbishment QUALIFICATIONS are: Pharmacy Technician Registration - Licensed in South Carolina State Certification (Preferred) Previous pharmacy technician experience (preferred) Excellent aseptic technique skills Do you enjoy helping people? Are you able to display flexibility? Can you balance multiple tasks at once while demonstrating good time management? Are you willing to take the initiative? Are you a team player?
