Job Title: Direct Care Worker Location: Philadelphia Area Salary: $16.50 per hour Position Type: W2 (Per Diem, Part Time, Full Time, Temp to Perm) Shifts Available: Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Overnight: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM About the Role: Eagle Staffing Company is seeking compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals / Caregivers to join our team in the Philadelphia area. In this vital role, you will support adults with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health challenges. This role is more than a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of the individuals you work with, helping them to live more independently and achieve their personal goals. Responsibilities: Provide daily living support, including assistance with personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. Develop and maintain positive, supportive relationships with clients. Implement care plans to meet individual needs. Promote the independence and social skills of clients. Accompany clients to appointments and community outings. Observe and document client progress. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role. Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Criminal Clearance (obtained within the last year). Recent Physical Examination (within the last 6 months). 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon test (within the last year). Current CPR and First Aid certification. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $16.50.
