Join our Demand Excellence team as a Regional Demand Lead, where you'll be part of the Planning Excellence Organization. This role is designed to improve outcomes, drive simplification, and support excellent process performance through the adoption of Lean, AstraZeneca, and Industry best practices for the Operations Demand Planning process. You'll work with various teams to enable high process performance, standardization, stability, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The specifics of the role will evolve as the process and organization evolves. What you will do: Be an expert in the AZ Demand Planning processes and systems.Ensure links to connected processes are understood and optimized.Facilitate the monthly Operations forecast submission process for agreed Regions and Demand streamsDevelop Demand Planning Processes and training materialsDeliver training and user assessment on Demand Planning processes and applications, and actively participate in or lead Demand and Supply related processes and application projects. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree- Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, IT or relevant work experienceAPICSMSC / MBAExperience as a Demand Planning / Forecasting managerS&OP / IBP contributor, leadMinimum of 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Consumer goods, electronics IndustriesLean Process ManagementExcellent interpersonal and presentation skillsOral and written fluency in Business EnglishProven track record working cross-functionally with a high level of commitment and follow-throughProject management understanding & practiceAbility to build trusted relationships with key StakeholdersApplications: APS packages from APO, Kinaxis, OMP, Other, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 5 years Pharmaceutical in Demand Management / Forecasting management role or Consulting roleProven participation in multinational Process and IT change programs.
