The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, marketing abilities, and the capability to manage a dynamic schedule. This role requires extensive experience in mediation and trial, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. The candidate must be admitted to the Bar in the state or eligible for reciprocal admission. Duties:Successfully conduct mediations and trials.Research and analyze complex legal issues.Draft memorandums, briefs, letters, and other legal documents.Market personal and firm services to prospective clients.Perform discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information.Conduct due diligence in all matters.Manage a schedule to accommodate consultations and closure of consultations.Actively engage in brand expansion through various channels.Seek positive feedback from satisfied clients. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the state or eligibility for reciprocal admission. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the Bar in the state. Skills:Successful record of mediation and trial experience.Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent communication and advocacy skills.Ability to manage a dynamic schedule and meet production objectives.Marketing skills to promote personal and firm services.Proficiency in conducting discovery of electronically stored data.Empathetic listening skills for effective client interactions. Experience:5+ years of law practice experience with a book.
